Polish scientists offer method of immobilisation and encapsulation of bioactive materials for food products
Polish scientists have developed a method of immobilisation and encapsulation of bioactive materials. The offered technology is suitable for the food industry as a way of preserving the required properties of products, e.g. it allows one to extend the shelf life of a product. The technology has been tested and its functionality was confirmed. It is offered to companies from the food industry and R&D institutions under either a licensing or a technical cooperation agreement.
